HOW TO RESERVE THE CABIN

POLICIES

Self check in

1. NO PETS on premises.

2. NO SMOKING in the cabin.

3. ALL RENTALS ARE TO FAMILIES AND RESPONSIBLE ADULTS ONLY. Tenant acknowledges that he/she will personally occupy the property for the entire rental period.

4. NO PARTY POLICY: Our cabin is a family getaway. Do not book our cabin if you are planning a party.

5. Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in advance.

6. Tenant is responsible for leaving the property in the same condition they received it.

7. Damage charges will be deducted from the security deposit.

8. If you have any fires be sure they are completely out before you leave them. Observe any fire bans in effect during your stay. No fireworks.

9. Be aware that we are on a self-contained septic system. Please, do not flush anything non biodegradable down the toilet. The sewage system cannot digest anything else.

10. Please, no cutting of green firewood on property or otherwise defacing natural surroundings. Feel free to use down dead wood and sticks found on property.
